1. Scope of Service & Authorization
By connecting a GitHub repository, Customer explicitly represents and warrants that it possesses all necessary authorization, legal rights, and authority to permit PHANTOM to perform automated security analysis, AST inspection, and sandboxed exploit validation against the declared target codebase.
2. Service Boundaries & Fail-Closed Red Lines
PHANTOM operates strictly under 5 non-negotiable red lines: no data exfiltration, no production disruption, no lateral movement beyond scope, no social engineering, and no weapon development. If verification violates policy, execution halts fail-closed.
3. Disclaimer of Audit Certification
PHANTOM is an automated offensive testing and evidence verification tool. Output reports do not constitute a formal accounting audit, SOC 2 certification, or guarantee of complete freedom from security vulnerabilities.
